All of our 3D prints are individually designed and made to order, ensuring each piece is unique. As every item is custom produced, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
